Two familiar foes go head-to-head at Stade Pierre Fabre as Castres Olympique face Munster Rugby for the 18th time in the competition at 20:00 (All UK & Irish time) - the Irish province will be hoping to make it three wins from three in Pool B.

The other Friday night clash – also at 20:00 – sees Cardiff Rugby host Harlequins in Pool B as the reinforced Welsh region will look to build on their gutsy display at the reigning Gallagher Premiership champions in Round 2. S4C provides additional coverage of that game.

Saturday’s action kicks off with Wasps at home to last season’s winners Stade Toulousain in Pool B at 13:00 – free-to-air coverage of that one is provided by Channel 4 and Virgin Media.

Connacht Rugby were beaten by Leicester Tigers in an enthralling Round 2 contest, and more of the same is expected as the two sides meet in Pool B at The Sportsground at 15:15.

Another standout clash on Saturday is Exeter Chiefs against Glasgow Warriors in Pool A at Sandy Park at 17:30 – the Scottish region recorded a superb victory over the 2020 winners in Round 2.

More drama is set to unfold on Sunday as Leinster Rugby welcome Montpellier Hérault Rugby to RDS Arena – a venue where they have won their last 10 European Cup games – in Pool A at 13:00.

Elsewhere, Scarlets take to the pitch for the first time in this season’s competition as they travel to Union Bordeaux-Bègles in Pool B at 15:15, with Round 3 concluded with ASM Clermont Auvergne hosting Sale Sharks in Pool A at 18:30.
