Mike Hamlin appointed chairman of independent Disciplinary Panel

EPCR, the organiser of the European Rugby Champions Cup, Challenge Cup and Continental Shield, is pleased to announce that Mike Hamlin has been appointed as chairman of the independent Disciplinary Panel.
