Gloucester Rugby (67)

Despite falling to a 19-13 defeat at Lyon in Round 1, Gloucester responded with a huge 54-25 win over Benetton Rugby at Kingsholm Stadium – a victory which helped them soar to the top of the points scoring charts.

The Pool B side crossed the whitewash once at Matmut Stadium de Gerland but would notch a further eight tries against Benetton as they also asserted themselves as this season’s ECPR Challenge Cup’s early top try scorers.

Lyon (60)

Following their opening night win over Gloucester, Lyon went on to register a further 41 points in their Round 2 win at Dragons as they also demonstrated their attacking prowess.

The TOP 14 outfit dotted down five times over their first two Pool B games, with Leo Berdeu (21) and Jean-Marc Doussain (11) their chief points scorers.

Dragons (44)

With two defeats in their opening two games, Dragons have endured a disappointing start to their Pool B campaign, but they will take positives from the moments of attacking quality they have produced.

The United Rugby Championship side scored one try in their 22-16 defeat at USAP in Round 1 before going over three times in their 41-28 loss to Dragons at Rodney Parade.

Fly-half Sam Davies is responsible for just under 55% of Dragons’ points so far, kicking six penalties and three conversions – he currently leads the individual points scoring standings.
