In the Gallagher Premiership play-offs, 2020 Challenge Cup winners Bristol Bears host Harlequins at Ashton Gate on Saturday afternoon, bidding to reach a domestic final for the first time.

The West Country outfit reached the last four in 2007 and 2020, and take on a Quins side who are in their first play-off match since 2014.

Stephan Lewies returns to the visitors’ starting XV as captain, whilst Bristol can boast a stacked backline including Semi Radradra, Callum Sheedy and Charles Piutau.

The second semi-final sees 2020 Heineken Champions Cup winners Exeter Chiefs take on Sale Sharks at a sold-out Sandy Park.

The defending domestic champions will start with Premiership Player of the Season and 2020 EPCR European Player of the Year Sam Simmonds at No.8, with his brother Joe keeping his spot at fly-half.

Heineken Champions Cup holders Toulouse will look to keep hold of their domestic crown, taking on Bordeaux-Begles in the TOP 14 play-offs on Saturday evening.

The two sides met at the semi-final stage of the Heineken Champions Cup, with Toulouse coming out on top 21-9 courtesy of tries from Matthis Lebel and Antoine Dupont.

Elsewhere, Benetton Rugby will also be bidding for a famous domestic title on Saturday evening, as they host South African side Bulls in the Guinness PRO14 Rainbow Cup final in Treviso.

The Italian side have been in excellent form, winning all four of their domestic matches and reached the Challenge Cup quarter-finals, before being edged out 31-25 by eventual winners Montpellier.
