The total of eight tries scored last Saturday (four apiece) is a record for a Heineken Champions Cup final, eclipsing the six scored by Leinster and Northampton in 2011, and by Leinster and Ulster in 2012.

10 - Players from 10 different countries (Argentina, Australia, England, Fiji, France, Ireland, New Zealand, Scotland, South Africa and Wales) featured in the final.

Bristol is now the 10th city after Cardiff, Bordeaux, Dublin, London, Paris, Edinburgh, Lyon, Bilbao and Newcastle to have staged a European Cup final.

His goalkicking success rate of 95% was also the best of the campaign.
